About This Project

Scope of Work included exterior building facade repairs, rehabilitation and replacement.  Exterior stone replacement did not match the original brownstone.  KEIM Restauro Lasur, in approved high translucent formulation, was used to over-coat the recent stone replacements in order to bring the whole building into aesthetic conformity.

Challenges Matching the original weathered brownstone color as closely as possible - and also conveying a natural stone appearance. Original brownstone was Portland Brownstone and replacement brownstone was St. Mathieu's brownstone.
Solutions Restauro Lasur, custom matched to stone samples provided.
