About This Project

KEIM was suggested to Architect as a product that might custom match to the desired custom color and would provide the desired high weathering performance.  We met on site and the decision was made to coat the base walls of the building as well as the curb walls.  Silan 100 was included in the Specification, which required cleaning of new concrete CMU, Silan 100,  Concretal-W Grob, and Concretal-W Top Coat.

Challenges Location near water and weathering exposure
Solutions Due to the proximity to the water, we included Silan 100. On the lower curb walls, Silan 100 was installed on both sides of the low walls that were coated with KEIM.
