Mixed use, 4000 square foot new construction, added to the side and rear of existing high-rise.  Modern design required continuous facades with no breaks for control/expansion joints and a smooth, durable finish.

Showcase of the latest technologies developed by ABB in The Field of Technical Building Management, this fully connected, eco-responsible and flexible "Workplace 2020" campus makes it possible to adopt any type of configuration: from individual work to collective convergence, from sedentary mode to connected mobility. Shared and informal spaces are also at the service of conviviality, creativity and collective comfort.  Concrete was finished with Keim Design Metallic Mineral Stain for a translucent and metallic finish without compromising the physics of the concrete.  Mineral stain is an extremely sustainable finish option and one that offers ultimate design flexibility from solid colors, semi-transparent and even clear.
